Job Description

  1. Subject Faculty
  2. Plan & Execute Curriculum as per lesson plan
    • Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods which facilitate successful learning.
    • Participate in the long-term development of creative teaching and learning.
    • Work in coordination with Coordinator and department heads to create productive learning environment & Facilitate successful learning.
    • Developing activity based lesson plans with clear outcomes.
    • Framing of QP, Answer keys and Report cards of respective subjects.
  3. Efficiently Plan and Manage Subject Events with Department heads and section coordinators
  4. Parent & Teacher Connect
    • Connect with students.
    • Retention of students and parents.
    • Manage PTM Communications.
  5. Be a change agent – follow and spread school ethos among peers and colleagues.
  6. Be an ambassador for the school

Qualifications

  1. Graduate in specific subject
  2. Subject matter expert
  3. B.Ed. preferred ( completed / enrolled / pursuing )
  4. Good communication skills
