Ms. Nivedita Mukerjee

Ms. Nivedita Mukerjee has been a research scientist, a journalist, and an educator for over three decades. She has her fingers on the pulse of the education sector by engaging with students, parents, and teams of teachers across K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and ed-tech organizations.

Ms. Mukerjee is on the advisory panel for Capstone High, where she provides advice on innovative ways of covering the curriculum through effective lesson plans and delivery.

Dr. Ratna Ghose

Dr. Ratna Ghose, Head of School at Capstone High, is an academician with over 30 years of experience in research, teaching, and administration across university, college, and school education. She has expertise in the development and delivery of National (ICSE/ISC/CBSE) and International curriculum (IGCSE/A&AS Level/IBDP) and educational leadership for both students and teachers. During her tenure as a teacher across all levels of the academic domain, she has covered the entire cycle of education from Early Years to Postgraduate Levels and Research and has realized that education is a lifelong journey; experiential learning only makes it safe and sustainable.

Dr. Ghose believes that children need to be trained to think critically and creatively so that they can mitigate and control issues through situational solutions. At Capstone High, she guides the team of teachers to help students connect classroom teaching to real-life concerns. Education becomes meaningful when students can identify their passion and are equipped to handle life. Her endeavor is to make directional leadership a reality.

Ms. Suchismita Ray Gupta

Suchismita Ray Gupta is an accomplished education professional with a distinguished career as the Academic Director at Capstone High School. She has a background in educational leadership and a commitment to academic excellence, with 10 years of teaching experience in eminent IB and CBSE schools in Bangalore. Suchismita has made significant contributions to the school’s academic programs and student development.

Dr. Chandan N

Dr. Chandan is a Senior Secondary Coordinator and Head of the Science Department. With more than 10 years of experience as a Science facilitator, he is a catalyst for curiosity and discovery. His passion for Science transforms the classroom into an enchanting realm where complex concepts unfold through engaging experiments, vivid explanations, and contagious enthusiasm. With unwavering dedication, he nurtures a love for scientific inquiry, igniting sparks of wonder in students’ minds. His contagious zeal for the subject extends beyond textbooks, fostering an environment where learning transcends rote memorization, inspiring the next generation of scientists and critical thinkers.

As a Senior School Coordinator, he serves as the pivot point, liaising between teachers, administrators, and students, ensuring everyone is on the same page. As a team leader, he is one of our guiding forces within a group, steering our institution towards achieving institutional goals.

Mr. Venkat V

Mr. Venkat is a Secondary Coordinator and a passionate Mathematics and Physics teacher. With more than 15 years of experience as a facilitator, he is a beacon of inspiration, illuminating the intricate pathways of numbers and the marvels of the natural world. He infuses his lessons with contagious enthusiasm, making complex equations and scientific theories not just understandable but fascinating. His classroom is a haven where formulas come to life through engaging experiments, thought-provoking discussions, and real-world applications. Ms. Steffi is a dedicated Early Years Coordinator and a passionate Mathematics teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience. Serving as a nurturing guide at the heart of our early childhood education program, she is committed to fostering a love of learning in our youngest learners.

With a passion for creating an enriching environment, Ms. Steffi is involved in designing age-appropriate curricula and collaborating with parents and teachers. She ensures that each child’s initial steps into education are filled with exploration, creativity, and joy. Constantly striving to lay the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity, fun, and success, she is dedicated to fostering holistic development—academic, social, language, and motor skills.
