Dr. Ratna Ghose, Head of School at Capstone High, is an academician with over 30 years of experience in research, teaching, and administration across university, college, and school education. She has expertise in the development and delivery of National (ICSE/ISC/CBSE) and International curriculum (IGCSE/A&AS Level/IBDP) and educational leadership for both students and teachers. During her tenure as a teacher across all levels of the academic domain, she has covered the entire cycle of education from Early Years to Postgraduate Levels and Research and has realized that education is a lifelong journey; experiential learning only makes it safe and sustainable.
Dr. Ghose believes that children need to be trained to think critically and creatively so that they can mitigate and control issues through situational solutions. Suchismita Ray Gupta is an accomplished education professional with a distinguished career as the Academic Director at Capstone High School. Dr. Chandan is a Senior Secondary Coordinator and Head of the Science Department. With more than 10 years of experience as a Science facilitator, he is a catalyst for curiosity and discovery.
