Mr. Shahbaz Samad

Mr. Shahbaz Samad is a visionary with a keen interest in the development and growth of our country's future—our children! Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Mr. Shahbaz was exposed to education systems in various countries, and he decided early on that our nation also deserved an educational institute that combined the best of the CBSE curriculum with practices borrowed from leading systems worldwide. This dedication to world-class education led him to establish Capstone High in rural Bangalore, providing students with a keen interest in learning an exceptional educational experience.

Ms. Nivedita Mukerjee

Ms. Nivedita Mukerjee has been a research scientist, journalist, and educator for over three decades. She stays closely attuned to the education sector by engaging with students, parents, and teams of teachers across K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and ed-tech organizations. Ms. Mukerjee serves on the advisory panel for Capstone High, where she provides guidance on innovative approaches to covering the curriculum through effective lesson planning and delivery.

Suchismita Ray Gupta

Suchismita Ray Gupta is the Head of School at Capstone High and an accomplished education professional. With a strong background in educational leadership and a commitment to academic excellence, she brings over 10 years of teaching experience in leading IB and CBSE schools in Bangalore. Suchismita has made significant contributions to the school’s academic programs and student development.

Ms. Shajini

Ms. Shajini, our Vice Principal of Academics, holds an M.Sc., M.Phil., and B.Ed., and has 15 years of experience teaching mathematics. Her innovative and engaging teaching style fosters a love for the subject and ensures students' success. She leads the curriculum team, overseeing curriculum development and progression, working towards enhancing students' competencies.

Ms. Yamini Sharma

At the heart of our primary education team is Ms. Yamini Sharma, our Primary School Coordinator. Ms. Yamini brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to our school community. Under her guidance, our primary school creates an enriching and nurturing environment where each child’s potential is unlocked and celebrated.

Ms. Priyanta Tiwari

Ms. Priyanta Tiwari, a distinction holder in English Honours from Bangalore University, has more than 9 years of experience teaching in both CBSE and ICSE schools, focusing on lower and upper primary grades. She is dedicated, enthusiastic, patient, and disciplined in her teaching approach.

Ms. Pavitha Sunder

Ms. Pavitha Sunder, our Pre-Primary Coordinator, is a dedicated early childhood educator with 14 years of experience. She leverages her deep understanding of child behavior and psychology as the school's Pre-primary Administrative Coordinator. She excels in designing and implementing engaging, interactive learning experiences through meticulously tailored lesson plans, and applies the same creativity and innovation to streamline administrative processes and enhance organizational efficiency at Capstone High.

Dr. Chandan

Dr. Chandan also serves as the Senior Secondary Coordinator and Head of the Science Department. With over 10 years of experience as a science facilitator, he continues to spark curiosity and discovery in his students. His passion for science transforms the classroom into a dynamic space where complex concepts are demystified through engaging experiments, vivid explanations, and contagious enthusiasm. His dedication nurtures a love for scientific inquiry, inspiring students to think critically and explore beyond textbooks, shaping the next generation of scientists and innovators.

Ms. Nabanita Dey

Ms. Nabanita Dey, a postgraduate in Tourism and a Master’s in History, has been a Social Studies teacher since 2009 and is currently our Middle School Coordinator. She has experience teaching children from KG to Middle School in both ICSE and CBSE boards. At present, she is responsible for teaching History and Civics to middle schoolers while pursuing her Master’s in Education. A teacher by profession, a lifelong learner by choice.
